Deliberately teasing the hippopotamus and wild buffalo almost had their heads crushed

While wandering around looking for food, two wild buffaloes suddenly strayed into the hippo’s territory. However, one of the two wild buffaloes refused to leave but appeared to challenge the opponent.

When the wild buffalo approached, the hippo immediately opened its mouth wide to warn. At this time, the buffalo still refused to leave but continued to act teasingly. Too angry, the hippo immediately rushed forward and grabbed the buffalo’s head.

Being suddenly attacked, the buffalo realized his mistake and ran away in panic. Luckily, it still quickly escaped before receiving a painful end.

Hippos are large animals that often live in rivers, lakes or salt marshes in West Africa. We can easily recognize them through their giant mouths and their hobby of soaking in mud to cool their bodies.

Despite its cute appearance, the hippo is one of the most aggressive and moody animals in the world. When angry, crocodiles, rhinos or even much larger opponents like African elephants are not afraid to confront them.
