Having defeated a wild buffalo alone, the notorious male tiger had to flee because the buffaloes joined forces to attack.

Tigers are one of the largest predators in the wild. Tigers are the most feared predators because of their ability to hunt alone, not in groups like lions.

In a head-to-head confrontation, a seasoned tiger can knock down opponents many times larger in size.

According to wildlife experts, tigers often hunt less resistant prey such as deer and wild boar. Occasionally, tigers also hunt elephants and rhinos.

In the video filmed in Bandipur national park, Raja tiger alone rushes into a large herd of wild buffalo. There are many cases of lions, because they do not measure their strength, are trampled to death by wild buffaloes.

The male tiger did not hesitate to confront the buffalo herd.
But Raja the tiger proved to be very experienced. After the first attempt was unsuccessful, being knocked to the ground by a wild buffalo, the tiger bit hard on the opponent’s neck. After less than a minute, the wild buffalo collapsed, lying motionless.

Two other buffaloes came forward to try to rescue their fellow but failed. The tiger even rushed to scare the buffalo in the herd. At one point, the tiger also backed away, pretending to run away when the wild buffalo rushed forward.

The tiger did not appear to be in a hurry, because it knew that the buffalo herd would have to leave its fellow wounded before and after. At that time, the wild buffalo lying on the ground will be the spoils of war.

Many others expressed amazement as they watched the tiger subdue a wild buffalo like lightning, by biting hard and twisting the opponent’s neck, knocking him to the ground.
